Dear Mr President

Assalam o Alleyykum

[Peace be Upon You]

Peace is an element which everyone is looking for from the time one is born until the time he dies. The search for Peace does not stop until death but one looks for Peace beyond death i.e. life hereafter.

Mr President! Allah created mankind and wanted him to enjoy His (SWT) Bounties   in Paradise where he will be in Peace forever. However, to be in Peace forever Allah sent mankind in the world to look for Peace in the life hereafter.

Mr President! Question arises ifAllahhas sent mankind in this world to look for Peace then He (SWT) should have given some guidance.

Mr President! Allah being Aleem (Knower of everything) Knew that mankind will be created and he will be digressed from the Right Path which leads to Peace in the life hereafter, the circumstantial evidence depicts, that Allah devised Deen e Islam i.e. Way to Peace and ascribed the guidance in a book termed as Qur’an.

Surah Al Imran Verse no. 1

Truly, the religion with Allah is Islam.

Mr President! When all the offspring was taken out from the loin of Hazrat Adam (PBUH) then Allah gathered them and introduced Him (SWT) that He (SWT) is their Creator and if they will believe in Him (SWT) as their Creator then they will become Muslim i.e. they will submit to Him (SWT). This is revealed in Qur’an:

Translation Surah Al A’raf Verse no 172

And (remember) when you Lord brought forth from Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam’s loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying):

“Am I not your Lord?

They said: “Yes! We Testify”,

Lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: Verily, we have been unaware of this.

Mr President! In view of the above mankind i.e. offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH) is Muslimbecause they have entered in pact with Allah where they testified that He (Allah) is their Lord.

Mr President! Allah advised them that the one who will submit to Him (SWT) i.e. believe in Him (SWT) as Lone Entity and follow His (SWT) Guidance Allah will be pleased with him and will ask him to enter in Paradise. This is revealed in Qur’an:

Surah Al Fajar Verse no. 27 – 30

(It will be said to the pious – believers of Islamic Monotheism):

“O (you) the one in (complete) rest and satisfaction!

“Come back to your Lord – well pleased (yourself) and well – pleasing(unto Him)!

“Enter you then among My (Honoured) slaves,

“And enter you My Paradise

Mr President! Thereafter Allah gives glad tiding to enjoy His (SWT) Bounties in Paradise to the people who have been obedient to Him (SWT) and did good deeds:

Surah At – Taghabun Verse no. 9

(And remember) the Day when He (Allah) will gather you (all) on the Day of gathering, – that will be the Day of mutual loss and gain (i.e. loss for disbelievers as they will enter in Hell-fire and gain for the believers as they will enter Paradise).

And whosoever believes in Allah and perform righteous good deeds, He (Allah) will expiate from him his sins, and will admit him in Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) to dwell therein forever; that will be the great success.

Mr President! Peace lies in Moral Values and everyone believes in Moral Values. But as mankind his given element of ‘Option’ i.e. to follow the Guidance of Allah or oppose it, so when one does not adhere to Moral Values he gets digressed from Right Pathi.e. Deen e Islam (Way to Peace).

Mr President! Question arises that when one believes in Moral Values will give serenity in heart and peace in mind then why one opposes the Guidanceof Allah?

Mr President! The answer to this question is: to satisfy Sensual Appetite by
illicit means.

Mr President! In short, it is the satisfaction of Sensual Appetite withillicit means which has led the mankind to digress from the Right Path where they have developed their own theologies and pretend to follow the Guidance of Allah.

Mr President! Deen e Islam has been devised by Allah Who is Lone Entity and Creator of mankindand everything in universe and beyond universe so it is comprehensive Way of Life which deals with every aspect of human lifeindividually and collectively.

Mr President! The element of Sensual Appetite has segregated ‘Politics’ and ‘Religion’. In fact ‘Politics’ is Deen e Islam.

How?

Mr President! The politics of the state is based upon Constitution of the state. The crux of the Constitutionis:

• to enhance Moral Values
  

• respect for elders e.g. parents, teachers, employers, officers and otherwise
  

• love and affection for young ones e.g. children, students, orphans and otherwise
  

• justice for everyone
  

• prevention of crimes
  

• rehabilitation of criminals
  

• punishment to criminals
  

• expend for good cause
  

• growth in the economy
  

• etc

Mr President! On this basis Muslim scholar Imam Ghazali(RA) defined Politics:

• ‘Politics’ is to reform public and lead them to the ‘Right Path’ that leads to success in this world and the life hereafter.
  

• ‘Politics’ is the ‘Policy’ that creates respect, love, affection, unity among the people.

Mr President! Deen e Islam is based upon Qur’an i.e. Guidance of Allah. Qur’an lays down the outline of the day to day life individually and collectively.

Mr President! As below are selected Verses of the Qur’an which deals with what the Politics requires:

Parents Respect

Surah Bani Isra’iel Verse no. 23

And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him (Allah). And that be dutiful to your parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor shout at them but address then in terms of honour.

Education

Surah Al Baqrah Verse no 151

Similarly (to complete My Blessings on you), We have sent among you a Messenger (Mohammad (SAW)) of your own, reciting to you Our Verses (the Qur’an) and purifying you, and teaching you the Book (the Qur’an) and the Hikmah (i.e. Sunnah, Islamic laws and Fiqh – jurisprudence), and teaching you that which you used not to know.

Expend in Path of Allah

Surah Al Baqrah Verse no 215

They ask you (O Mohammed (SAW)) what they should spend.

Say: Whatever you spend of good must be for your parents and kindred and orphans and Al-Masakin(the poor) and the wayfarers, and whatever you do of good deeds, truly, Allah Knows well.

Patience

Surah Yunus Verse no 109

And (O Mohammed (SAW)), follow the revelation sent unto you, and be patienttill Allah gives judgement. And He (Allah) is the Best of judges.

Economics

Surah Al Hijr Verse no 19 -21

And the earth We have spread out, and have placed therein form mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportions.

And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals].

And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure.

Infringement of Rights

Surah Al Baqrah Verse no 188

And eat up notone another’s property unjustly (in any illegal way e.g. stealing, robbing, deceiving), not give briberyto the rulers (judges before presenting your cases) that you may knowingly eat up a part of the property of others sinfully.

Do Good Deeds

Surah Al Baqrah Verse no 195

And spend in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad of All kinds) and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allah), and do good truly, Allah loves Al-Mushsinun (the good-doers)

Justice

Surah An Nisa Verse no 135

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witness to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you avoid justice; and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.

Honesty and integrity

Surah Ar Rahman Verse no 7 – 9

And the heaven: He (Allah) raised it high, and He has set up a Balance.

In order that you may not transgress (due) balance.

And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient.

Not to Deceive

Surah Al Mutaffifin Verse no 1 – 5

Woe to Al-Mutaffifin (those who give less in measure and weight),

Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure,

And when they have to give by measure of weight to (other) men, give less than due.

Do they not think that they will be resurrected (for reckoning), On a Great Day?

No changes and Adaptation

Surah Al Baqrah Verse no 79

The woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say: “This is from Allah,”to purchase with it a little price! Woe to them for that they earn by.

Matrimonial Life

Surah An Nur Verse no 32

And marry those among you who are single(i.e. a man who has no wife and the woman who has no husband) and (also marry) the Salihun (pious, fit and capable ones) of your (male) slaves and maid servants (female slaves).

Prohibition of illicit Sex

Surah Bani Isra’iel Verse no 32

And come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse. Verily, it is a Fahishah (i.e. anything that transgresses its limits), and an evil way (that leads to Hell unless Allah forgives him).

Mr President! If you make comparison of what the Constitution of the State requires from the government with the respective Verses of the Qur’an you will gather that Qur’an which represents religion demands what the Constitution of the state demands.

QUR’AN iS BASE OF CONSTITUTION I.E. POLITICS

Mr President! In fact constitution of the state is legal jurisdiction which determines how the mode of life has to be administered by the head of the state. In order that the head of the state can determine how he can run the politics of the state he has to learn the legal jurisdictionin every sphere of life.

Mr President! In short, schools, colleges and universities are formed to give legal education where subsequently they can change, adapt or amend the law in accordance with the requirement to the changing circumstances.

Mr President! Lincolns Inn at London in England is one of the Inns where lawyers are educated. In the Church of the Lincolns Inn there is list of Law Givers displayed where the name of Mohammed Ibne Abdullah(SAW) is on top of the list being:

The Greatest Law Giver.

Mr President! Non – Muslims do not believe that Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is Last Prophet of Allah. However, they formed opinion that the Qur’an has been composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah(SAW).

Mr President! The third President of USA Thomas Jefferson had copy of the Qur’an in his personal library.

Mr President! Why Qur’an is comprehensive book because it deals with every sphere of life.

Mr President! Alhamdu’lillah (All Praises to Allah)! I have written some article how Qur’an is comprehensivebook which I shall upload on the website as soon as possible.

Mr President! In short, the context and substance of Qur’an is in everyone’s heart and mind and this is why everyone believes in Moral Values which in this scientific age have been termed as Universal Values.

CALL FOR PEACE

Mr President! Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is Khatim ul Anbiyya(the Last Prophet).

Mr President! Allah is Aleem (Knower of everything). Allah Knew that as the mankind has been sent in the world for a test, he is bound to digress from the Right Path, so He (SWT) used to commission Anbiyya e Karam (Prophets) who used to convey the Message of Allah.

Mr President! The scope of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) was determined by Allah until the Day of Resurrection. However, the question emerged that who will convey the Message of Allah once Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is departed from this world.

Mr President! In view of the fact that mankind will keep digressing from the Right Path, Allah assigned the duty of conveying His (SWT) Message to the Umaties (followers) of Mohammed Ibne Abdullah(SAW) and this is revealed in the Qur’an:

Translation Surah Al Imran Verse no. 110

You [true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Mohammed (SAW) and his Sunnah] are the best of people ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin al-Maruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al—Munker(polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden, and you believe in Allah.

Mr President! In short, I am humble Umati of Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW). Allah with His (SWT) Grace gave me Toffeeq to devote my life to look for the Right Path and dig out the soul of Islam which has been polluted by the deeds of digressed Muslims.

Pillars of Islam

Mr President! The pillars of Islamare:

• believe in Lone Entity of Allah
  

• As Salat
  

• Soam
  

• Zakat
  

• Hajj
  

Mr President! Pillars are solid. A building pillar is made of sand, cement, water, iron i.e. it is combination of atoms of each matter and every atom has properties of its own. If we start to make analysis of every atom then thousands of books can be written.

Allah Exist

Mr President! The scientific age has made the Existence of Allah controversial. Alhamdu’lillah (All Prises to Allah)! I have written an article: Allah Exists where with the Grace of Allah it has been proved by circumstantial evidence that every human mind is regulated by an unseen force and this Unseen Force cannot be other than Allah.

I have perfected your Deen (Way of Life) for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your Deen (Way of Life).

Mr President! In short, Deen e Islam deals with day to day life which is to go on until the Day of Resurrection. As the age will keep on changing, so the change has to conform in line with the Guidance of Allah i.e. Qur’an.

Abuse of Power

Mr President! Human mind also digresses from the Right Path when it assumes power.

Mr President! There are tales in the Qur’an how the Monarchs proclaimed to be god e.g. Pharaoh and repudiated the Message of Allah when Hazrat Musa (PBUH) conveyed to him the Message of Allah to revert to Him (SWT).

Mr President! This tendency, i.e. abuse of power, had been prevalent since Day One and in every age authorities abuse their powers.

ENEMY OF PEACE I.E ISLAM

Mr President! Mankind is One Unit as it is offspring of our forefather Hazrat Adam (PBUH) so the whole mankind is like brothers and sisters.

Mr President! The proof mankind is One Unit when there is catastrophe e.g. Tsunami in Indonesia and adjoining countries then help from all the countries of the world poured upon humanitarian grounds and no country held up his help because of faith, nationality and otherwise.

Mr President! Question arises that if mankind is like brothers and sisters then whythere are so many faiths and disputes, wars going on in the world since Day One?

Mr President! The short answer is the Enemy of Islam i.e. peace is not mankind, the enemy of Islam are Naffas (Psyche) and Shaitan(Devil).

Mr President! When Iblees (Devil) was cursed by Allah for not prostrating Hazrat Adam (PBUH) he took respite from Allah that he will digress mankind from the Right Path and this is revealed in Qur’an:

Surah Al A’raf Verse no. 13 – 17

(Allah) said: “(O Iblees) get down from this (Paradise), it is not for you to be arrogant here. Get out, for you are of those humiliated and disgraced.”

(Iblees) said: “Allow me respitetill the Day they are raised up (i.e. Day of Resurrection).

(Allah) said: “You are of those respited.”

(Iblees) said: “Because You have sent me astray, surely, I will sit in wait against them (human beings) on Your straight path.

“Then I will come to them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and You will not find most of them thankfulones (i.e. they will not be dutiful to You).

CONCLUSION

Mr President! The reins of Peace are in the hands of the head of the state. This is Sunnah of Allah that He (SWT) gives the opportunity of creating the environments of Peace and Harmony to head of state. When Fir’aun (Pharaoh) proclaimed to be god as he was monarch of Egypt Allah sent Hazrat Musa (PBUH) to revert to Allah to look for the Right Path and this is revealed in the Qur’an:

Surah Ta-Ha Verse no 42 – 43

“Go, both of you, to Fir’aun (Pharaoh), verily, he has transgressed (all bounds in disbelief and disobedience and behaved as arrogant and as a tyrant).

“And speak to him mildly; perhaps he may accept admonition of fear (Allah).

Mr President! Project: Call for Peace warranted to approach heads of state through you as President of USA as heads of states look upon the President of USA for guidance. Mr President! Mr President! Although this letter is addressed to you as President of USA but in fact it is addressed to all the heads of states, especially, Muslim heads of states and also the Muslim Scholars because it is their duty and responsibility to introduce, revive and promote Deen e Islam.

LAST WORD

Mr President! The whole world is entangled by Global Recession since the year 2008. The economies of every country of the world are geared with the economy of USA. Mr President! Your economic policies have been on the right linesand this is why:

• Over 4 million jobs have been created in the private sector
  

• AIG, General Motors, Chrysler, Wall Street and big financial institution have been saved from going bankrupt and making profits
  

• There is progress in other fields e.g.
  
  • education
    

  • nuclear arm race
    
  • repairing image of USA which was damaged under Bush administration

Mr President! Insha’allah! I will create further data and upload on the website where the real face of GOP will be unveiled. However, it will be of no use if Posts: US Politics and US Presidential Elections are not read line by line and word by word by Congressmen and Senator and thereafter change the strategy of Presidential campaign to win the not only the undecided and Republican votes but also the Democrat voters which you lost in the Mid – Term Elections 2010.

Mr President! No doubt Republicans will be browsing website: www.cfppolitics.co.uk and would want come up with different strategy not to lose
their voters so you have to be careful in this respect.

Mr President! Call for Peace is not against Republican Party. Call for Peace is independent and unbiased. The object of project: Call for Peace is the political parties of the whole world should dispense with Negative Politics and they become political party in real sense where their object should be betterment of the people whether they are in government or opposition.
