Proceedings of Judge Brett Kavanaugh where he was defending the allegations of Dr Christine Blasey Ford that she was being sexually assaulted by him in the early 80s at a house party.
As below is the extract form statement of allegation of Sexual Assault by Dr Ford before the Senate Judiciary Committee:

In the summer of 1982, like most summers, I spent most every day at the Columbia Country Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland, swimming and practicing diving.

One evening that summer, after a day of diving at the club, I attended a small gathering at a house in the Bethesda area. There were four boys I remember specifically being there: Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge, a boy named P.J., and one other boy whose name I cannot recall. I also remember my friend Leland attending.

I do not remember all of the details of how that gathering came together, but like many that summer, it was almost surely a spur-of-the-moment gathering.

I truly wish I could be more helpful with more detailed answers to all of the questions that have and will be asked about how I got to the party and where it took place and so forth. I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t remember as much as I would like to.

But the details that — about that night that bring me here today are the ones I will never forget. They have been seared into my memory, and have haunted me episodically as an adult.

When I got to the small gathering, people were drinking beer in a small living room/family room-type area on the first floor of the house. I drank one beer. Brett and Mark were visibly drunk.

Early in the evening, I went up a very narrow set of stairs leading from the living room to a second floor to use the restroom. When I got to the top of the stairs, I was pushed from behind into a bedroom across from the bathroom. I couldn’t see who pushed me. Brett and Mark came into the bedroom and locked the door behind them.

There was music playing in the bedroom. It was turned up louder by either Brett or Mark once we were in the room.

I was pushed onto the bed, and Brett got on top of me. He began running his hands over my body and grinding into me. I yelled, hoping that someone downstairs might hear me, and I tried to get away from him, but his weight was heavy.

Brett groped me and tried to take off my clothes. He had a hard time, because he was very inebriated, and because I was wearing a one-piece bathing suit underneath my clothing.

I believed he was going to rape me.

I tried to yell for help. When I did, Brett put his hand over my mouth to stop me from yelling. This is what terrified me the most, and has had the most lasting impact on my life. It was
hard for me to breathe, and I thought that Brett was accidentally going to kill me.

Both Brett and Mark were drunkenly laughing during the attack. They seemed to be having a very good time.

Mark seemed ambivalent, at times urging Brett on and at times telling him to stop. A couple of times, I made eye contact with Mark and thought he might try to help me, but he did not.

During this assault, Mark came over and jumped on the bed twice while Brett was on top of me. And the last time that he did this, we toppled over and Brett was no longer on top of me. I was able to get up and run out of the room.

Directly across from the bedroom was a small bathroom. I ran inside the bathroom and locked the door. I waited until I heard Brett and Mark leave the bedroom, laughing and loudly walk down the narrow stairway, pinballing off the walls on the way down.

I waited, and when I did not hear them come back up the stairs, I left the bathroom, went down the same stairwell through the living room, and left the house.

I remember being on the street and feeling this enormous sense of relief that I had escaped that house and that Brett and Mark were not coming outside after me.

Brothers and Sisters! Judge Brett Kavanaugh denied the allegations of Sexual Assault by Dr Ford unequivocally and categorically before the Senate Judiciary Committee:

I’m here today to tell the truth. I’ve never sexually assaulted anyone. Not in high school, not in college, not ever. Sexual assault is horrific. One of my closest friends to this day is a woman who was sexually abused and who, in the 1990s when we were in our 30s, confided in me about the abuse and sought my advice. I was one of the only people she consulted.

Allegations of sexual assault must always be taken seriously, always. Those who make allegations always deserve to be heard.

At the same time, the person who was the subject of the allegations also deserves to be heard. Due process is a foundation of the American rule of law. Due process means listening to both sides.

Second, let’s turn to specifics. I categorically and unequivocally deny the allegation against me by Dr. Ford. I never had any sexual or physical encounter of any kind with Dr. Ford. I never attended a gathering like the one Dr. Ford describes in her allegation. I’ve never sexually assaulted Dr. Ford or anyone.

Again, I am not questioning that Dr. Ford may have been sexually assaulted by some person in some place at some time. But I have never done that to her or to anyone.

WHY DR CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD MADE ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT?

Brothers and Sisters! Question emerges that the incident of sexual assault happened more or less 36 years ago. Why Dr Ford did not bring this incident to light earlier:

Judge Brett Kavanaugh previously served as a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and as a staff lawyer for various offices of the U.S. government
He was Whitehouse Staff Secretary from June 2003 to May 2006.

Brothers and Sisters! The answer to this question is not in Dr Ford’s Witness Statement. It may be she was not aware of it.

Brothers and Sisters! As per Dr Ford’s testimony she has lived with this unforgettable incident but did she share it with third party or parties to lessen its intensity in her heart and mind? It is natural phenomenon that when someone is mentally disturbed he or she shares it with third party and feel relieved for some time.

Brett’s assault on me drastically altered my life. For a very long time, I was too afraid and ashamed to tell anyone these details. I did not want to tell my parents that I, at age 15, was in a house without any parents present, drinking beer with boys.

I convinced myself that because Brett did not rape me, I should just move on and just pretend that it didn’t happen.

Over the years, I told very, very few friends that I had this traumatic experience. I told my husband before we were married that I had experienced a sexual assault. I had never told the details to anyone — the specific details — until May 2012, during a couples counselling session.

The reason this came up in counselling is that my husband and I had completed a very extensive, very long remodel of our home and I insisted on a second front door, an idea that he and others disagreed with and could not understand.

In explaining why I wanted a second front door, I began to describe the assault in detail. I recall saying that the boy who assaulted me could someday be on the U.S. Supreme Court, and spoke a bit about his background at an elitist all-boys school in Bethesda, Maryland. My husband recalls that I named my attacker as Brett Kavanaugh.

After that May 2012 therapy session, I did my best to ignore the memories of the assault, because recounting them caused me to relive the experience, and caused panic and anxiety.

Occasionally, I would discuss the assault in an individual therapy session, but talking about it caused more reliving of the trauma, so I tried not to think about it or discuss it. But over the years, I went through periods where I thought about the attack.

I had confided in some close friends that I had had an experience with sexual assault. Occasionally, I stated that my assailant was a prominent lawyer or judge, but I did not use his name.

I do not recall each person I spoke to about Brett’s assault. And some friends have reminded me of these conversations since the publication of the Washington Post story on September 16th, 2018. But until July 2018, I had never named Mr. Kavanaugh as my attacker outside of therapy.

Brothers and Sisters! The context of the above representations depicts that from time to time Dr Ford shared the contents of the incident with third parties without mentioning Judge Kavanaugh’s name other than her husband.

Brothers and Sisters! Supreme Court of USA is the highest court in USA. The nominees are thoroughly grilled by the Senate Judiciary Committee in every respect to ascertain that the nominee does not have a ‘Black Spot’ on his personality and character that may impair his ‘Independence’ as Associate Justice of the Supreme court of USA. Moreover, FBI also conducts thorough investigation of the nominee. It was investigation by FBI of Judge Clarence Thomas where Professor Anita Hill disclosed that she was sexually harassed by Judge Clarence Thomas.

Brothers and Sisters! As Judge Brett Kavanaugh was nominated for Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of USA Dr Christine Blasey Ford became under obligation to report to the Senate Judiciary Committee the incident that took place, more or less, 36 years ago that she was Sexually Assaulted by Judge Brett Kavanaugh at a house party.

This changed in early July 2018. I saw press reports stating that Brett Kavanaugh was on the shortlist of a list of very well – qualified Supreme Court nominees. I thought it was my civic duty to relay the information I had about Mr. Kavanaugh’s conduct so that those considering his nomination would know about this assault.

It is not my responsibility to determine whether Mr. Kavanaugh deserves to sit on the Supreme Court. My responsibility is to tell you the truth.

Conclusion

Brothers and Sisters! The above Analysis of the facts depict that although Dr Ford learned to live with this ordeal but when Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s was nominated for the post of Associate Justice of Supreme Court of USA she felt her duty to report the facts:

Brothers and Sisters! For the sake of argument let us assume that had she not reported to the Senate Judiciary Committee about the incident what could have been the consequences.

Brothers and Sisters! Judge Brett Kavanaugh has painted himself like a ‘Saint’ in his testimony. For example in his interview with Fox news that he never had any sex while he was at school and many years after and that he was ‘Virgin’:

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: I never did any such thing — never did any such thing. The other people alleged to be there don’t recall any such thing. If such as thing had a happened, it would’ve been the talk of campus. The women I knew in college and the men I knew in college said that it’s unconceivable that I could’ve done such a thing.

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: And yes, there were parties. And the drinking age was 18, and yes, the seniors were legal and had beer there. And yes, people might have had too many beers on occasion and people generally in high school — I think all of us have probably done things we look back on in high school and regret or cringe a bit, but that’s not what we’re talking about.

We’re talking about an allegation of sexual assault. I’ve never sexually assaulted anyone. I did not have sexual intercourse or anything close to sexual intercourse in high school or for many years thereafter. And the girls from the schools I went to and I were friends —

MS. MacCALLUM: So you’re saying that through all these years that are in question, you were a virgin?

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: That’s correct.

MS. MacCALLUM: Never had sexual intercourse with anyone in high school?

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: Correct.

MS. MacCALLUM: And through what years in college since we’re probing into your personally life here?

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: Many years after. I’ll leave it at that.

Brothers and Sisters! Judge Brett Kavanaugh has been friends with Mark Judge since they were in high school.

Kavanaugh was raised in Bethesda, Maryland. As a teenager he attended Georgetown Preparatory School, a Catholic all-boys high school, where he was two years senior to future U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. He was captain of the school’s
basketball team, and was a wide receiver and cornerback for the school’s football team Kavanaugh was also friends with classmate Mark Judge; both were in the same class with Maryland State Senate member Richard Madaleno He graduated in 1983.

Brothers and Sisters! In short, Mark Judge profile shows that he was heavy drinker and he used to target girls for sex along with his friends:

Multiple U.S. senators acquired copies of Judge’s books about his time with Kavanaugh at Georgetown Preparatory School, to prepare for questioning Kavanaugh and Ford before the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

In a subsequent New Yorker article, Elizabeth Rasor, who was once in a relationship with Judge for three years, stated that “Mark told me a very different story.”

She said he told her of taking turns having sex with drunk women at Georgetown Prep.

Another woman also disputed Judge’s account of the social scene at the time, sending a letter to Ford’s lawyers saying that she had witnessed boys at parties that included Georgetown Prep students, engaging in sexual misconduct.

The author writes that the social environment of his peers at the school was, “positively swimming in alcohol“. Judge recounts a hook-up culture involving binge drinking, especially during a period of time at the school known as “Beach Week”. Judge defined “Beach Week” at Georgetown Preparatory School as a “week-long bacchanalia of drinking and sex, or at least attempts at sex“.

He presents in-depth memories of orgies and attempts to have sex fuelled with alcohol at residences along the beach shoreline.

Brothers and Sisters! As Judge Brett Kavanaugh was close friend of Mark Judge and also liked drinking bear so he may not be truthful in his interview that he was ‘Virgin’ for more than 20 years:

MS. MacCALLUM: So you’re saying that through all these years that are in question, you were a virgin?

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: That’s correct.

MS. MacCALLUM: Never had sexual intercourse with anyone in high school?

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: Correct.

MS. MacCALLUM: And through what years in college since we’re probing into your personally life here?

JUDGE KAVANAUGH: Many years after. I’ll leave it at that.

Brothers and Sisters! Judge Brett Kavanaugh was 17 years old when the incident alleged to have taken place and many years after mean at least another 10 years. In other words he did not have any consensual sex either for 30 years.

Brothers and Sisters! Judge Kavanaugh was born in the year 1965 and married in the year 2004 when he was 39 years old. Did he remain ‘Virgin’ until the age of 39?

Brothers and Sisters! However, for some reason or the other there would be some issues come to light that Judge Brett Kavanaugh should not have been confirmed due to the Sexual Assault of Dr Christine Blasey Ford then Dr Ford may be charged for withholding the information. Associate Justice can be removed from office:

According to federal statute, the Court normally consists of the Chief Justice of the United States and eight associate justices who are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Once appointed, justices have lifetime tenure unless they resign, retire, or are removed from office.

Impeachment in the United States

Impeachment in the United States is the process by which the lower house of a legislature brings charges against a civil officer of government for crimes alleged to have been committed, analogous to the bringing of an indictment by a grand jury. At the federal level, this is at the discretion of the House of Representatives. Most impeachments have concerned alleged crimes committed while in office, though there have been a few cases in which officials have been impeached and subsequently convicted for crimes committed prior to taking office. The impeached official remains in office until a trial is held. That trial, and their removal from office if convicted, is separate from the act of impeachment itself. Analogous to a trial before a judge and jury, these proceedings are (where the legislature is bicameral) conducted by upper house of the legislature, which at the federal level is the Senate.

Although the Senate Judiciary Committee has not accepted allegations made by Dr Ford of Sexual Assault by Judge Brett Kavanaugh and confirmed him as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of USA but if it is proved that Judge Brett Kavanaugh did assault Dr Christine Blasey Ford then he can be impeached and removed from the office.

WHY DR CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD DOES NOT REMEMBER DETAILS OF THE HOUSE PARTY?

Brothers and Sisters! Dr Ford stated in her testimony that she does not remember the exact details of the party where she was sexually assaulted by Judge Brett Kavanaugh. As below are the extracts from her testimony:

He and the Republican Party were determined Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be confirmed by the Senate Judiciary Committee. The Senate confirms Judge Brett Kavanaugh on 6 October 2018 by 50 – 48 votes:

Brothers and Sisters! In order to gain public support and to change the minds of undecided Republican Senators President Trump painted an unbelievable story that Dr Ford had testified under oath. As below is the extract of his speech in Mississippi on Tuesday night 2 October 2018. Incidentally, please note that the Senate Judiciary Committee had not yet voted for advancing the nomination for the final floor vote:

On October 5, the Senate voted 51–49 for cloture, advancing the nomination to a final floor vote on October 6.

Brothers and Sisters! Now let us turn to the subject matter that why Dr Ford could not remember the details of the party where she alleged that she was sexually assaulted by Judge Brett Kavanaugh, more or less, 36 years ago.

Brothers and Sisters! Let us make analysis of the event.

At the time Dr Ford went to the house party after diving in the club she was 15 years old.
She had one glass of bear. It is natural phenomenon that one someone drinks alcoholic drink his or her mind starts to become senseless although he/she is in his/her senses to differentiate what is right and what is wrong. However, when one drinks too much alcoholic drink he gets drunk and his mind gets completely senseless and he cannot differentiate what is right and what is wrong.
As Dr Ford had only one beer so she was able to recognise what is right and what is wrong.
It appears that when Dr Ford drank one beer, it may be that she had not emptied her bladder when she came after diving in the club. So she needed to go to the bathroom. She went upstairs to relieve herself.
Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge were drunk.

Brothers and Sisters! It can safely be assumed that as Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge were friends and they were present at the party so they found the opportunity to have sex with Dr Ford as she was going upstairs and there would be nobody in the room.

Brothers and Sisters! So when Dr Ford reached at top of the stairs and entered in the bedroom door she was pushed from behind and pushed her on the bed and then Judge Brett Kavanaugh was on top of her massaging her body and trying to take off her clothes.

Brothers and Sisters! Incidentally, she was lucky to have bathing suit under her clothes otherwise it was easy to turn the clothes from the private part pull the underclothing and screw the private part.

Brothers and Sisters! It also appears that Dr Ford was wearing a loose dress because bathing suit can only be worn under loose dress. One cannot wear a trouser over a bathing suit.

Brett groped me and tried to take off my clothes. He had a hard time, because he was very inebriated, and because I was wearing a one-piece bathing suit underneath my clothing.

Brothers and Sisters! As Judge Brett Kavanaugh was on top of Dr Ford and trying to undress her and rape her, so Mark judge was waiting that after Judge Kavanaugh will satisfy his sexual urge then he will take his turn as they were used to engage having sex at the house parties:

Brothers and Sisters! When Dr Ford joined the house party she did not even imagined that she will have to go through this ordeal. As her chastity was at stake so she resisted. Mark Judge was witnessing the resistance of Dr Ford. So to help Judge Kavanaugh he jumped on the bed.

During this assault, Mark came over and jumped on the bed twice while Brett was on top of me. And the last time that he did this, we toppled over and Brett was no longer on top of me. I was able to get up and run out of the room.

Brothers and Sisters! It appears that Mark Judge jumped on the bed with a view that Judge Kavanaugh will be able to undress her. Fortunately, Mark Judge’s jumping on the bed made Judge Kavanaugh topple and Dr Ford was no more under Judge Kavanaugh and she was able to get away.

Brothers and Sisters! Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge appeared to be used to these practices of attempting to have unconsensual sex.

Brothers and Sisters! It is normal practice that when there is a party background music is played in low volume. As the bedroom door was open so the music was reaching downstairs in low volume. When the bedroom door was closed and locked the music volume was turned louder so the volume of the music remained low for the people downstairs.

There was music playing in the bedroom. It was turned up louder by either Brett or Mark once we were in the room.

Brothers and Sisters! It appears that it was Mark Judge who turned the volume louder
because Judge Kavanaugh had pushed Dr Ford on to the bed and was on top of her. Obviously, if Judge Kavanaugh were to turn the volume louder Dr Ford would have run away in to the bathroom.

Brothers and Sisters! Dr Ford is not sure that who pushed her from behind if it was Judge Kavanaugh or Mark Judge?

Brothers and Sisters! As soon as Dr Ford was pushed into the bedroom it was Judge Kavanaugh who must have pushed Dr Ford on the bed and got on top of her and Mark judge locked the door and turned the music volume louder so that if Dr Ford yells her voice is not heard downstairs.

Brothers and Sisters! As soon as Dr Ford was free she ran and locked herself in the bathroom:

Brothers and Sisters! As Dr Ford had been to an unexpected ordeal so unconsciously what she wanted was to get to her home. So she only remembers when she was out of the house.

Brothers and Sisters! How she got home she does not remember.

Brothers and Sisters! It is natural phenomenon that when one has gone through an ordeal his mind is not thinking consciously what to do, how to do. For example:

when one wants to drive a car he does not think consciously to open the car door, put the key into ignition, turn the key, put the car into first gear and then second gear and so on…. When there is some hurdle in the way the foot automatically presses the brake pedal with right foot and also bring the car into lower gear by pressing the clutch with left foot.
People who get drunk in public house their minds are, more or less, completely out of senses. But they get home based on, that from public house to their homes as the way from public house to his home is transfixed and unconsciously they get to their homes.

Brothers and Sisters! Why Dr Ford did not remember how she got out of the house, how she was on the street and how she got to her home because her mind was occupied with the ordeal she had been through. May be she hired a taxi or someone gave her lift. Whatever, she did, she did it unconsciously and this is why she does not remember which she confessed in her statement:

I do not remember all of the details of how that gathering came together, but like many that summer, it was almost surely a spur-of-the-moment gathering.

Brothers and Sisters! It is natural phenomenon that everyone remembers the crucial part of an ordeal and before and after the details is vanished from his mind. For example: in relation to the subject matter every woman remembers the details when she lost her ‘Virginity’ whether when she got married or before she got married. Afterwards she will not remember how many times she had sex with her husband, how she was seduced. In case of prostitutes every prostitute remembers her first time having sex as it is painful process. But thereafter she will not remember with whom she had sex and she may not recognise the person with whom she had sex.

Brothers and Sisters! Dr Ford appears to belong to a respectable family. She may not have even thought about having sex before she got married. But all of a sudden she had been through this ordeal of attempted rape that she cannot forget forever:

But the details that — about that night that bring me here today are the ones I will never forget. They have been seared into my memory, and have haunted me episodically as an adult.

CONCLUSION

Brothers and Sisters! It appears most of the Republican Senators and President Trump did not believe her that Dr Ford had been sexually assaulted at all which is reflected by the comments of President Trump:

But I had one beer that is only thing I remember.

Brothers and Sisters! The above analysis clearly depict that Dr Ford had been the victim of sexual assault 36 years ago that even Judge Kavanaugh agrees:

This onslaught of last-minute allegations does not ring true. I’m not questioning that Dr. Ford may have been sexually assaulted by some person in some place at some time. But I have never done this. To her or to anyone. That’s not who I am. It is not who I was. I am innocent of this charge.
