Assalam o Alleyykum!
‘Justice’ is the ‘Key’ factor in creating environments of ‘Peace’ in the world. When the two sides of the ‘Scale’ are not equal then there is unrest, disturbance, and anarchy in the world. Why there are modes of unrest, disturbance and anarchy in the world is because ‘Justice’ is not prevailing in the world.
Brothers and Sisters! Supreme Court of USA is the highest court in USA. The court consists of Chief Justice and eight Associate Justices. As Supreme Court of USA is supposed be ‘Independent’ in every respect, therefore when Associate Justice is nominated by the President of USA he is thoroughly investigated by FBI. If the nominee passes the investigation of FBI, then the Senate Judiciary Committee which consists of Senators of both Republican and Democrat parties, ‘Grills’ the nominee in every respect. If the nominee passes thorough ‘Grilling’ of the Senate Judiciary Committee then the Senate Judiciary Committee votes to if the nominee should be moved for Final Vote by the Senate. If the more than 50 Votes are secured by the Nominee then he is confirmed as ‘Associate Justice’ of the Supreme Court of USA.
Brothers and Sisters! Alhamdu’lillah! Project: Call for Peace has been following the nomination process of Judge Brett Kavanaugh since Dr Christine Blasey Ford accused him of sexually assaulting in the early 80s at a house party. Judge Brett Kavanaugh denied this allegation unequivocally and categorically which led to Special hearing by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Brothers and Sisters! Project: Call for Peace noticed that the Republican Party was extremely biased along with President Donald Trump in brushing aside the representations of Dr Christine Blasey Ford where, eventually, Judge Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed by the Senate by 50 – 48 votes to be the Associate Justice of Supreme Court of USA.
Brothers and Sisters! Alhamdu’lillah! Project: Call for Peace has been designed to analyse current affairs of the world under the light of Qur’an and Hadith.
Why under Qur’an and Hadith?
Brothers and Sisters! In short, there is an inscription outside the Supreme Court of USA that Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is the Greatest Law Giver of the world:
Brothers and Sisters! Non Muslims do not believe that Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is Prophet commissioned by Allah (SWT). They are of the opinion that Qur’an has been composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) that deals with every aspect of life in this world and promote Justice. The concept of Justice is reflected in the following Ayat of the Qur’an:
Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no 58

Verily, Allah commands that you should render back Al-Amanah (trusts to those, to whom they are due) and that when you judge between men, you judge with justice. Verily, how excellent is the teaching which He (Allah) gives you! Truly, Allah is Ever All-Hearer, All-Seer.
Brothers and Sisters! Moreover, the basics of Constitution of the USA have been based under the light of Qur’an and Hadith.
How?
Brothers and Sisters! The third President of USA Thomas Jefferson had Scripture of the Qur’an in his personal library. This fact had been revealed by President Barrack Obama in his speech at Al Azhar University in Cairo:
