Mr President!

• In short, polls were showing the Democrats are likely to lose majority in both houses: Senate and Congress.

• I have been following ‘Politics’ of USA since May 2008.

• Republicans and Tea Party exploited the minds of the people that Democrats policies are not working where there is high unemployment, foreclosures and shrinking economy.

• Democrats were trying to win the support of the people on the basis of achievements of their policies e.g. bailout of AIG, new entity to General Motors, Merger of Chrysler with Fiat, tax cuts for middle class families, Healthcare Reform Bill etc. etc.

• No doubt polices were and are effective but the achievements are far lower than what are required which Republicans are exploiting.

Mr President! But what Democrats and media overlooked the fact is that what would have been the outcome if Republican’s policieshad been in operation. Republican agenda was:

• No Stimulus or Fin Reg

• GM and Chrysler Bankrupt

• 2 Conservative on Scout

• All Bush Tax Cuts extended

• More Iraq Combat, May be Iran

When campaign for Mid – Term Elections was getting closer to 2 November 2010 and Republicans were gaining support of American people by exploiting the failure of your policies, I was waiting that Democrats will counterattack by comparison of their policies and outcome of Republican’s policies.

Mr President! You devised your policies by visualising that how economic forces will bring the recession under control. Mr President! Surely you and your team could work out the outcome of the policies proposed by Republicans:

Mr President! No doubt in your speeches you were mentioning that it is the policies of Republicans which got America in the ‘Mess’, but you were referring to the past which Republicans overpowered by propagating that there is high unemployment, foreclosures and shrinking economy. Mr President! American people want to see facts and figures to change their mind. Mr President! When you will read the file: No 6 Natural Economic Forces, then please assess that would this has not been the case if Republican’s policies had been adopted?

Mr President! What I have been able to analyse is based on the ‘Basics’ of Economic Forces. Because Democrats did not make the analysis of Republican’s policies, therefore, American people formed opinion that had Republican’s policies adopted then economic progress would have been far better than it is now.

Mr President! I believe, I can safely challenge, if any economist can prove, with reasons, that Republican’s policies would have got the economy out of the ‘Mess’ which they had created over eight years.

Mr President! I learned from your comments that around 40,000 people write you letters everyday and you take 10 letters to read at night. It is assumed that 39,990 letters are dealt with by your staff. Mr President! I hope, your staff considers that this letter should be among the 10 letters they hand you every night. Mr President! REASON FOR GLOBAL RECESSION

Mr President! It is very vast subject and needs books to be written to highlight the reason for Global Recession. However, as below is an outline of recent Global Recession:

Circulation of Money

• Recent Global recession is not because of lack of goods and services but because of unequal distribution of wealth.

• Economic system has been based upon Capitalism. The back bone of the Capitalism is ‘Financial Interest’.

• Financial interest’ gives rise to ‘fictitious’ money. For example: £1,000 saving in the bank gives rise to another £9,000 in circulation based upon retention of 10% cash on demand by savers and borrowers

• Extravagant bank charges and financial interest also gives rise to ‘fictitious’ money. Recent news is that Lloyds TSB charged £1,700 for an overdraft of .08 pence only. I received letter from RBS this morning that unarranged overdraft will be charged at £6 per day until account reverts to credit. Mr President! How it is ‘fictitious’ money it is lengthy subject.

• Every industry is owned by Private Sector. Private sector is deregulated. They can increase prices, interest rates, bank charges to any length and government cannot interfere.

• Financial Institutions ‘Hard Cash’ has depleted. Drug business is at its heights and dealt with in ‘Cash up Front’. So piles of ‘Hard Cash’ are out of circulation. This is one of the reasons for financial institutions, which were on the verge of bankruptcy, had to be bailed out or they went into liquidation e.g. Leman Brothers in USA.

Mr President! Previously, when ‘Money Laundering’ regulations were not in force, the ‘Hard Cash’ some or how was making way to financial Institutions and financial institution did not have to be bailed out.

High Unemployment

Mr President!

• The workforce has doubled in this age. Twenty, thirty years back, women, housewives had option to work. But now, virtually, every woman is under obligation to work. Moreover, children start working as part time when they are 10 years old.

Mr President! Woman’s job is to be a housewife, Being housewife she administers household affairs, bring up children and it used be a ‘Family’ life. But there is no ‘Family’ life now. This is why crime rate is high and the elements of respect, love and affection have evaporated

• Inventions, innovation and information technology is also causes of high unemployment. Thirty years ago where a financial Institution was employing 20 people, today there are no more than 5 employees.

Morals

Mr President! Under capitalism ‘goal’ is to accumulate ‘money’. For this purpose no ‘Moral’ values are adhered to. ‘Moral’ values are used to trap and once one is trapped then he is exploited. Even the government officials; head of the state, cabinet ministers etc. exploit loopholes to lay hands on taxpayer’s money or abuse their power to hoard billions which make way to Swiss banks.

How to get out of Recession?

Mr President! There is a long list of reasons for Global Recession. The question arises is there a way to come out Global Recession?

Mr President!

Yes! But, it may be that everyone will agree,

but no one will be ready to adopt it.

Mr President! Let us assume Right Wing economic system is Private Sector and Left Wing economic system is Public Sector.

Mr President! Under ‘Right Wing’ every industry is owned by private entrepreneurs and under Left Wing every industry is owned by the government.

Mr President! Before, we make analysis of Right Wing and Left Wing; let us take the example of human body. If we look at the inner and outer parts of the body then we will see that there are two limbsof most of the parts of body. For example:

• two hands
  
• two arms

• two feet
  
• two legs

• two eyes
  
• two ears

• two nostrils

• two lungs

• two kidneys

• etc.

Mr President! Unless and until two parts; right and left work side by side the life cannot be normal. If for some reason or the other one of the part either right or left is lost then life moves on but with difficulties.

Mr President! Similarly the economic system has to be devised on Right and Left principles. If economic system is based upon combination of Left and Right then there will be equal distribution of wealth. But if the economic system is based on Right Wing, no doubt there will wealth created but it will remain in few hands and if economic system is based on Left the wealth will be under the control of government.

Mr President!

In short, the economic system has to be set up

where industry is owned by both Public Sector and Private Sector.

Mr President! The question arises how industry should be distributed in Public and Private Sector?

Mr President! It is the government’s responsibility to look after the inhabitants of the state. In short:

• The industry for the basic necessities of life e.g. gas, electricity, postal, telephone, transport, Aviation must be nationalised. Nationalised industries are non – profit making industries. Tariffs should be set up in accordance with average income of the people i.e. how much each household can afford. Any short fall from break even point should be subsidised by the taxes paid by higher earnerof Private Sector.

Mr President! If we look at the British economy from 1945 to 1979 we will see that there has been equal distribution of wealth and morals were high and overall everyone was contended.

• The industries for other amenities of life should be owned by private sector where the source of government revenue is direct and indirect taxes which are used to provide public services and also to look after low – Income families and state benefits.

Mr President! As the basic industries; gas, electricity etc. are owned by Private Sector where, because the profitability element, the prices are sky rocketing and around 60% to 70% of the net income (gross salary less tax) is paid for the basic necessities of life.

Mr President! It is also a very vast subject. However, above is an outline that unless and until policies are devised to divide industry between Public Sector and Private Sector it is unlikely to achieve a level of ‘optimum’ employment. Mr President! Whether it is Right Wing or Left Wing economic system the economy will start growing, there will be wealth roaming around but in few hands either business tycoons or government.

Rescue by Left

Mr President! In the time of recent recession, it is Left which has come to the rescue of Right i.e. by borrowing or in other words ‘printing’ money. Mr President! This is the reason Republicans call you ‘Socialist’ and this is why they wanted to go AIG, General Motors and Chrysler in bankruptcy. Mr President! Had Left not came to the rescue of Right the consequences would have been disastrous which are highlighted in file: No 6 Natural Economic Forces.

Outcome of Mid – Term Elections on 2 November 2010

Mr President! As this message has not reached to you and obviously there is no implementation of counterattack Republicans to win back the support of Democrats and supporters of Republicans and Tea Party, the outcome will be no different than what polls are predicting i.e. Republicans may take control of both houses.

Mr President! Irrespective of the fact, whether this message was strong to change the direction of polls, I believe, you are under obligation to make investigation that why US High commissioner based in London did not forward the message to you directly or indirectly. Similarly, media Contessa, Chucktodd and Savanna Guthrie should be asked that what was the reason where they did not find this message to be effective and they ignored it altogether while, it appears, they are inclined towards Democrats. The email has been delivered. Had email not delivered, there would have been notification of non – delivery.

Last Word

Mr President! The thought may emerge in your mind that what is my interest in taking interest in American Politics. Mr President! The answer to this question lies within yourself.

Mr President!

What made you to be a Community Worker in Chicago and the run for Senate and thereafter for Presidency?

Mr President! In your heart you had love of American people as they were suffering in the hands of Right Wing politicians, Wall Street and business tycoons of Big Giants.

Mr President! You also believe in ‘Free Market’. However, to put ‘Free Market’ on its feet you acted as socialist and bailed out industry, financial institutions and otherwise and this is what Republicans have exploited because they gave impression to the American people that the economy is not progressing fast enough due to socialistic element i.e. government owning more than 50 per cent of equity in industry and financial institutions. In response you and your team did not make analysis of Republican’s agenda, probably, fearing that American people will regard you as leftist where you will losetheir support.

Mr President! I have viewed interviews of economists e.g. Elizabeth Warren

who is now heading Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They did not honestly analyse the basic reason for Global recession. Why? because they want to come of the recession by following the Right Wing policies. Whether you and the economists like it or not but this is not possible. There has to be a combination of Right and Left. Mr President! Why the economy is growing now? because Right and Left have joined hands, although, temporarily.

Mr President! Why you and every economist keep saying that it will take long time to recover? Because inside everyone knows that Economic Forces have to take their ‘Natural’ course. Economic Forces are not under the control of Head of the State or economists.

Mr President! One of the reasons that economic recovery is slow is that Republican’s have become ‘Party of No’. Had they worked in bipartisanship fashion and a compromise entered with financial institutions and Wall Street, economic progress would have been faster and American people would have been contended and unemployment would have fallen below 9.6 per cent.

GREAT DEPRESSION OF 1930

Mr President! As below is extract from goggle network re – Great Depression of 1930:

The Great Depression was a severe worldwide economic depression in the decade preceding World War II. The timing of the Great Depression varied across nations, but in most countries it started in about 1929 and lasted until the late 1930s or early 1940s. It was the longest, most widespread, and deepest depression of the 20th century. In the 21st century, the Great Depression is commonly used as an example of how far the world’s economy can decline. The depression originated in the U.S., starting with the fall in stock prices that began around September 4, 1929 and became worldwide news with the stock market crash of October 29, 1929 (known as Black Tuesday). From there, it quickly spread to almost every country in the world.

The Great Depression had devastating effects in virtually every country, rich and poor.
Personal income, tax revenue, profits and prices dropped while international trade plunged by ½ to ⅔. Unemployment in the U.S. rose to 25%, and in some countries rose as high as 33%.
Cities all around the world were hit hard, especially those dependent on heavy industry. Construction was virtually halted in many countries. Farming and rural areas suffered as crop prices fell by approximately 60%. Facing plummeting demand with few alternate sources of jobs, areas dependent on primary sector industries such as cash cropping, mining and logging suffered the most.^[7]

Some economies started to recover by the mid-1930s. However, in many countries the negative effects of the Great Depression lasted until the start of World War II.

Mr President! Whatever reason could be of Great Depression of 1930 but status quo was differentthan it is now.

How?

Mr President! First of all, it is imperative that Democrats keep the control of both houses: Senate and Congress so that they can continue to pass the Bills with majority as policies are on the ‘Right’ lines and if US will come out of the recession then the rest of the world, especially, developing countries will come out of the recession. Mr President! The lesson can be learned from Great Depression of 1930:

The depression originated in the U.S., starting with the fall in stock prices that began around September 4, 1929 and became worldwide news with the stock market crash of October 29, 1929 (known as Black Tuesday). From there, it quickly spread to almost every country in the world.

Mr President! If Republicans gain control of both houses or even a one house i.e. Senate or Congress, recession will prolong and it will continue to prolong unless and until Right and Left join hands. Why, because Republicans will be obstacle to pass another Stimulus Bill should the status quo warrants. Mr President! The manner economic forces are taking their course it appears that another Stimulus Package will be required. Mr President! The example of additional Stimulus is that British government keep on ‘borrowing’ money i.e. ‘printing’ money where the economy is growing. However, these are short term measures.

Mr President! Now the question of how USA came out of the recession of 1930, and with USA how other countries came out of recession, let us make an analysis.

Mr President!

• in 1930 technology was not as advanced as it is now,

• with the advancement of technology, gradually, produces from land, sea and mountains were extracted in abundance, recycling also added to the raw materials to be processed,

• genetic engineering also added to production of raw materials

• developing countries were helped financially and otherwise to enhance their agriculture industry and otherwise,

• technology was exported all over the world,

• etc.

Mr President! In short, the enhancement of industry created jobs all over the world and the recession of 1930 was overcome.

Mr President! To enhance industry finance is required. In short, money was ‘printed’ and financial institution increased the circulation of money by the retention rule of 10%.
Mr President! Because the status quo was different in 1930 so the Right Wing policies worked and economies grew i.e. private sector to increase its ‘profitability’ made researches of resources and implemented them. However, although, economy of USA grew but distribution of wealth was not on equal terms which have led to recent Global Recession.

Mr President! In times of recession it is the right course to ‘Print’ money and keep industry afloat. But then government has to devise policies so that industry is divided between Right and Left.

Mr President! At present, US government holds equity in AIG, General Motors, Chrysler and otherwise. The right course is, over a period of time, when these companies repay their debts, government should use this money to buy equity in industry which provides basic amenities of life e.g. gas, electricity, postal, telephone. In other words nationalise them and make them non – profit making and if there is shortfall from break – even point that should be made good from higher rate taxpayers.

Mr President! To reduce unemployment, gradually, woman should be given her status of ‘housewife’ where ‘Moral’ values will revert as there will be structure of ‘ Family’life.

Mr President! Above is a very minute outline to come out of the recession and if there is change of the course, then it may take a decade to see the results. It is not an overnightsolution.

PEOPLE’S IDEAS

Mr President!

• It is unlikely that US High Commissioner and media: Contessa, Chucktodd and Savanna Guthrie did not read my email. They may not have paid attention to my letters as it came from a layman who is not American resident

• In a State everyone is a ‘layman’. It is among the ‘laymen’President, Prime Ministers, Senators, Congressmen are chosen who become in the limelight and they become known to the people.

• Similarly media: journalists, broadcasters and editors etc. etc. used to be laymen but when they are on the scene they become known to the people.

• President, Prime Ministers, Senators, Congressmen are always open to ideas. In fact they derive solution to the problems from opposition, media and the people. Opposition and media make critical analysis of the policies of the government where government becomes aware of the ‘flaws’ in their policies and fill these ‘flaws’ the policies to be effective

Mr President! Sometimes in day to day life it happens that one is looking for a particular thing and although that thing is in front of him, but his sight does not catch it. Somebody comes along and he tells him that he cannot find that thing and other person says: here it is, it is just in front of you.

Mr President! You and Democrats were looking for some ‘point’ where you can win back the support of American people but, although it was in front of you, you could not see it i.e. analysis of the outcome and consequences should Republican’s agenda:

Mr President! A man out of the blues comes along and tells you: here is the ‘point’ which you can exploit to win back the support of American people i.e. read file: No 6 Natural Economic Forces’. Mr President! If your representative i.e. US High Commissioner and supporter MSNBC media: Contessa, Chucktodd and Savannah Guthrie had ignore this or turn a blind eye to it that this idea has come from a layman who is not American citizen then do you not think that they are negligent in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. Mr President! At least what US High commissioner could do was to acknowledge my email and forward the data to White House where it would have been left to you and your administration team. Mr President! MSNBC media was in much better position to bring it to the American people. Apart from advising White House over the phone and forwarding the message, they could make Americans directly to log on email: cfpmidtermelections@gmail.com with password: democrats where propagation by you and your administration team would have been able to win the hearts of the people and American would have known that Republicans are listening are listening to Wall Street and not Main Street.

scene just like a tornadodestroys everything within its vicinity.

Mr President! Last night, 30 10 10 I was, as usual, viewing video clips on www.whitehouse.gov and listened to your remarks in respect of two suspicious packages bound for United States. As below is the extract from your opening Remarks:

THE PRESIDENT:  Good afternoon, everybody.  I want to briefly update the American people on a credible terrorist threat against our country, and the actions that we’re taking with our friends and our partners to respond to it.

Last night and earlier today, our intelligence and law enforcement professionals, working with our friends and allies, identified two suspicious packages bound for the United States — specifically, two places of Jewish worship in Chicago.  Those packages had been located in Dubai and East Midlands Airport in the United Kingdom.  An initial examination of those packages has determined that they do apparently contain explosive material.

I was alerted to this threat last night by my top counterterrorism advisor, John Brennan.  I directed the Department of Homeland Security and all our law enforcement and intelligence agencies to take whatever steps are necessary to protect our citizens from this type of attack.  Those measures led to additional screening of some planes in Newark and Philadelphia.

Mr President! I am making reference to this event where under your Presidency your administration has been always on the look out of American people and do Republicans give you credit for this?
