Brothers and Sisters! It is misconception in the minds of the people
that they unconsciously believe that government has its own sources of
income and is in a position to bring prosperity within the state.

 

Brothers and Sisters! As the consumer’s
misconception is that government has its own sources of
income so he
thinks taxation is ‘penalty’ and tries to avoid and evade payment of taxes to the government.

 

MIDDLE
CLASS

 

Brothers and Sisters! Mankind is offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH) and possesses different levels of faculties which lead to a class structure: upper class, middle
class, lower class.

 

Brothers and Sisters! This class structure is
similar to ‘family’ structure i.e.
parents,
young children and small children. As the small children cannot exploit their faculties so they are dependent upon parents and brothers and sisters who are in employment.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In day to day life clever
and intelligent people exploit their faculties in manner where they make handsome profits, some make reasonable profits and some do not make any profit at all.

 

Brothers and Sisters! It has been mentioned that it is the consumer
who has to foot the budget so that here is no deficit. Therefore
the rich people should pay more
tax than the people with modest profits
or no profits at all.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The day to day human needs and requirements are limited.
